After waiting a while, i found that it was infact Ringworm that I've obtained. I was able to fight it off with lotion and peroxide (for cleaning) but honey was a big mistake. So im using Lotrimin and so far it's going quite well! Thank you very much for the feedback!!! I really appreciate it!
Hello,
For such lesions on face, fungal infection or tinea facei can be the first possibility. The other possibility can be of sarcoidosis. To rule out tinea facei, skin scrapings can be taken and then KOH examination of the skin scrapings done.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
I remember this started when i blacked out on the side walk of SF and I'm orignally from Sacrmento. I woke up 3 hours later, and met up with my friends. Resources tells me this could be wind burn...but it doesn't look like it does in google images. A very thin layer of skin being pulled from my face leaves a burning sensation. Are these the typical symtoms...and how long will this last?
