CHicken pox scar Removal

My daughter had a very bad chicken pox when she was just over one year old.  This has left her with so many chicken  scars on her face  and  all over as well. and I keep hoing this  would go off.

She is now 6 and  some have faded off but some seems  to be  getting more pronounced darker and not fading away.
I have been to Gp to ask for  a referral to a skin specilaist  but  I  have not been offered


GP  advise laser may be suitable but is not  available until she is 12 or over.

I will like some advise on where else  to go  seek advise and medical opinion and what our options are to remove, or help improve the apperance of teh scars. I have tried palmer cocoa butter  but I dont think it has worked.

Any creams that can help to lighten or improve the aperaance of teh scars.

Anyway of removing or removing thscars as this is now beginning to affect her confidence and self esteem

I have a chicken pox mark on my chin I have been using Bio Oil (you can get it from Boots) for about three months and it has been greatly reduced.  Bio Oil is fantasic.  Its good for stretch marks, age spots and scars.
