bump on my left foot

One day i felt pain in my left foot while wearing shoes. I saw a bump kind of thing is appeared on my footpalm. I saw that bump closely and i noticed some watery kind of stuff inside my skin. Its been 8-9 days that i'm suffering from this. I also tried to puncture it but not able to do(may be because of the thick skin of foot palm).

Any kind of help would be appreciated :)

Soak it in warm to hot salt water.  Your mama should have taught you that.  :)  Soak it twice a day for two or three days.  Don't pop it as it can get infected.  It will dry up and the skin will just peel off.

Hi, sounds like a blister. Are the shoes new or did you not wear socks?
