help me on this one

my dermatologist dianosed me with scabbies been takin the meds for 7 days now the itching has stoped buh still got bumps on my scrotum and sum on my penis also i noticed wen i pull back my  foreskin it don't come back in place and looks swollen when the skin is not in place this started happening after the meds want to know does scabbies medication have any side effect or is this due because of masterbation had a few encounter during the cost of the 7 days

yes ido apply it on my foreskin my scabbies is not bad at all was just iching and bumps between my fingers wrist genital ,buttom elso  and leg but no sored only wen i scratch once i had rough sex and my foreskin ling burst and started bleeding that was years ago

Hi.

The problem with the foreskin may be due to an underlying balanitis. Balanitis is due to a fungal or bacterial infection. It may also be secondary to a dermatitic or psoriatic cause especially when there is a history of mechanical injury.

Do you apply the medication over the foreskin also?

How extensive is the scabetic infection?

I suggest you have this assessed by your physician prescriber. You may need another medication for the skin condition affecting your foreskin. Do practice good genital hygiene. Here is a url which may guide you:
