Chronic sebopsoriasis and hair loss since stopping anti-androgenic bcp

I have had chronic scalp sebopsoriasis and hair loss (diffuse thinning) during the 8 mos since I stopped an anti-androgenic BCP (stopped due to excessive fatigue and depression). I've tried every type of shampoo (ketoconazole, steroid, tar, sulphur, tea tree oil, acv) with no success. The flake buildup and red dots that spontaneously bleeds never go away. Currently trying vit d foam for lifting scales. My hair is very dry and lifeless on top and underneath where the scaling is worst, the hair is solid grease after 1 day. I've had multiple autoimmune lab workups and hormone level testing. All are normal. Currently mostly gluten free all dairy free (for 6+ mos) and eating very little citrus. Also taking lots of vitamins: D (level is low), b complex, iron slow release (ferritin is low), zinc, slow release mag (due to chronic head/neck pain) and 1g of fish oil. Scalp biopsy was inconclusive for anything. What am I missing? Cannot hide the shed much longer and am considering shaving it off (which will not be attractive or convenient for work). Appreciate any ideas! I've seen 10+ specialists this past year and am no closer to an answer than when I started.
