Could this be signs of Melanoma?

My 7 year old sister has been developing some itchy black bumps surrounded by smaller red bumps and black scars around her body. Specifically the sides of her face, her neck, her arms, her left hand, and her legs. We brought her to a doctor months ago because she had some small red bumps that were itchy, but after prescribing her some medicine, the bumps started to lessen in irritation and we thought she'd be okay. But now these new black bumps and scars have started to develop and she says they itch and sometimes burn when lotion or cocoa butter is applied. I'm getting really worried, so I did a little research online and found some Melanoma case pictures. I uploaded some pics of my sister, and does this look like it could be early signs of Melanoma? If not, is there anything else it could be? As soon as I get an idea I fully intend on making me mom bring her back to the doctor.

Melanoma has an irregular border, is asymmetrical,uneven color and increasing in size. It does not itch. So for these black bumps, I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist and get a biopsy done to confirm the diagnosis. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
