These dry patches are so odd!! Please help
For months I've had unusual dry patches on the skin of my arm. They don't feel like skin, they are rough and bumpy. I have multiple of them and I've tried to get rid of them. In heat they turn red and are easily noticeable. It *****. To another person it looks like slightly pink normal coloured skin with tiny bumps on it in a circler shape. How do I get rid of this dry bumpy skin?
