Cream to help heal?

My first time on here. A bit scary!

3 months ago I had a sore develop on my lower leg. It got worse instead of better and now that leg has had another 7 sores developed all getting worse. They started off as a lump and then burst with a lot of pus (gross I know). Now they look like craters on my leg with angry red swollen, dry looking skin around the edges. Last month I had 2 more develop but on my other leg.

Is there a cream I can get to put on them? I was moisturing them first, and when that didn't help I used a cleanser. That also didn't work so I have just tried to keep the wounds clean.
Thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be due to abscesses or erythema nodosum. It results in reddish, painful, tender lumps most commonly located in the front of the legs below the knees.

Diagnosis is by physical examination and biopsy of the lesion. Other lab investigations like complete blood count, ESR,ASO titer, urinalysis, throat culture, intradermal tuberculin test, and chest x-ray may also be done.

I would recommend a physician/dermatologist’s evaluation. Treatment depends on the confirmation of diagnosis. I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep us posted on how you are doing.

Try a cream called Sarna. My daughter uses it for her severe Eczema and skin issues from Celiac disease. We get it at Walgreens but I'm sure other stores have it.  It also sounds like Impetigo, which does cause that type of scarring, so you may want to talk to the dr about it. Good luck :)
