Cure or help with vitiligo

Hello,

I have vitiligo over most of my body,the worse place is my face.Is there a cure or a way to reduce how patchy my face is.I am white,it is worse when I tan.

Vitiligo when this involves most parts of the body may benefit with phototherapy which has been found to be a more effective form of treatment. This however may require several sessions and may take months before showing any results. Corticosteroids have also been used over the affected areas. Bleaching has even been used to even out skin tone.

I suggest that you have this assessed by your dermatologist so that you may be guided accordingly. There is really no definite treatment for psoriasis however, the cosmetic consequences may be modified  time with the therapies I have mentioned above.
