Weird red bumbs come every couple of days

Its been happening since July of this year. While working this summer i started to see thes strange pinkish bumps about a centimeter in diameter spread around my stomach, they werent very close together,  about an average of half an inch to an inch away from each other. I had them for a couple of days and at the same time during those days i had lost of apatite and my head felt weird, and always fel nauseous. Since then every now and again those bumbs come and go, the worst ive had were on my forearms completely covered and my head has been feeling just as weird. Sometimes a tingly sensation in my brain and my eye twitching periodically (dont know if theres any relation). My question is what can these bumps be a part of. Ive searched up and down for rashes on the web and none look like it, ive gotten various labs done and my immune system is fine last time i checked was a month ago or so. I have pictures of the bumbs when they appeared on my forearm, but dont think i can post them here wouldnt mind sending them to get an opinion, I'm a college student, Military service member and father and at time my life gets pretty cluttered so apart from my doctor i havent been able to visit any specialists...

Ty for replying and No, im the only one. I thought it was my irish spring soap i was using during summer, but i changed all shampoo and soaps for hypo allergenic soaps and my wife and I have always cleaned our clothes with hypo allergenic soap as well. I thought i might have been allergies from a mexican place i ate during my work in summer, but weeks later they would pop up and i was no where near mexican food of any kind....

Is there any way to post a picture? What scares me is that it might be viral and Im at a point right now where i cant be dealing with this...

Sounds like an allergic reaction.
Have you eaten anything new? New shampoo? Conditioner? Soap? Laundry detergent? Fabric softener?
Clothes?
Does anyone else have them? If so, it could be mites or bedbugs.
