Dermatofibromas

I was looking up several skin growths to see if i could find any that seemed to match my skin growth in my arm and thigh and i came across Dermatofibromas which looks like what i have and even the description is very very similar.  Well the one that i have on my thigh at one point was a hard mass but now its gone.  it almost feel like it sunk in my leg because from time to time i would check on it and slowly it was going away.  now i just have what seems to be a hole under my skin where it used to be and if i touch where that hole is, its feels like liquid is under my skin.  Does this mean it erputed and if so what does that mean? Should i be worried?

Dermatofibromas do not disappear like this normally.Although cases of unusually rapid growth exist, most DFs remain static for decades or persist indefinitely. Uncommon reports describe spontaneous regression,7  and this may yield postinflammatory hypopigmentation.{Nothing to get worried, may be just traumtic panniculitis only]
