Do I have genital cysts or something else?

I am 22 years old and about a month ago I experienced a minor pain in my groin that progressed to my left testicle. My testicle swelled up almost double in size to my right testicle. I went to a doctor and he told me that a cyst had been growing on the epididymis of my testicle. He couldn't give me an explanation as to how it occurred, but he figured the reason it got so swollen was from a possible infection. I was put on antibiotics and another medicine for the swelling. It began to go down in size and I was greatly relieved of that pressure. It's been about 2 weeks now and the cyst is still there though. It's no longer swollen or causing great discomfort, but I notice it in some body movements I make and it's just something that's abnormally there! Will this go away? What are my chances of it becoming enlarged again? I've also noticed since my testicular cyst that I have some bumps on the shaft of my penis and in the pubic region above. They look like whiteheads and become red if touched or irritated. They don't itch or discomfort me, but they're there. Are these cysts, as well? Is this a strange coincidence or are these connected with the cyst on my testicle? I haven't had sex since January, and this began in late march/early april. In case this might be STD related, I already made an appointment for a bloodwork test and a urethra test to be done next week.

I don't think you have any kind of STD, based on your symptoms.  I don't know much about epidydimal cysts, but cysts are common all over the place and don't mean anything.  The small spots you're noticing on your penis are almost certainly cysts, which are normal and unimportant.  No doubt you're noticing them because circumstances are calling attention to the penis.  I wouldn't worry.  Show the cysts to your doctor, share your concerns, and then forget the whole thing.

Best.

Hi! i am a 22 year old male.  I am concerned about these small red blisters on my testicle region and earlier this week i popped what looked like a pimple and white puss came out and i figured it was a pimple, but i also noticed a couple of red blisters next to the so called pimple, so i decided to pop one to see if any puss would come out, but all there was was blood, and a small white bump on the shaft of my penis and i looked at my scrotum and i have bumps all over but these are different, they look like bumps and hairs are coming from them. At first i thought it was infected hairs, i talked to my girfriend and she said its because i sweat so much at work so i figured that too.  They are not painful they just seem to be there and everytime i urinate i notice them, they are a bother but again not painfully, but i was looking on the Center of Diease Control website and it mentioned things about sypllis, H.P.V. and the signs that are associated with these diseases such as pink bumps and the stages for the dieases and as i read on to see which diease that i think might have i am very concerned and wondering what they are.  I hope they are infected hairs.  I forgot to mention that i just noticed these about a month ago and they havent gone away, again they are not painful but more of an annoyance but the last couple of day i put rubbing alcohol and i seems to be drying them up but they are still there and still red.  My question is what do you think it might be? and from what i explained is it serious? If i do have something can it be cured or diagnosed? Are there any medicine i could take to make it go away for good? i am really concerned wondering if i have an STD or something of that nature. I apoligize for all these questions but i would really appreciate a response. Thank you for reading my commment.
