Cold sore?!

I have these two tiny skin colored bumpers on the edge of my top lip. They have centers to them with like a hard head? When I pick at it, clear fluid comes out. It stays hard and it doesn’t deflate even when I squeez it. I’ve had one for a few months and the other just came.

They could be cold sores- do they tingle at all?  I would encourage you not to pick at them- that usually doesn't help and can open it up to an easy infection.  It's best to get to a doctor to have them take a look at them- especially if they are not healing and are increasing in number.
