Do i have STD?

I am extreemly concerned about my health at this point in my life,am a person that knows myself too well, if i have a sickness i know,but at this point i feel lust... I sometimes feel hallucinating and loss of memory,sudden chills and itchy bumps on the head of my penis, i have been to a doctor and complain but he said it is nothing to worry about, for me i know am no longer myself and am very concerned..

These symptoms can be due to viral infection which are causing the appearance of viral rashes or hives.  It does not look like any STD. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.

If the symptoms persist then get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
