Do you know if your sores have anything in them like parasites?

Has anyone with circular sores every found anything in them? I have the same sores and have found that they don't heal entierly unless whatever hard noudular mass that is deep in the center on the wound is removed. I have had to run my finger across the sore very fast with hard pressure and the mass will come to the surface of the skin. I have removed bazzare material from sores of this type on the back of my head, calf, arms and sholders. When I use certian soaps, a white string sometimes emerges from the raised dark circle skin around the wound. I have seen over ten different doctors with 0 results. The medical community does not know what this is, I took the treatment for parasitic worms and it had know effect on the sores which leads me to belive that this condition may be fungal in nature. One thing that I know for sure is that the bigger the sore, the more of what every it is, is going to be in it and deeper in the skin. The one on my calf yielded a very large amount of a dark browm very stringy material! It is very stranges that these sores do not bleed unless this material is removed. And if you can get the stuff out then they will heal with a lasting circle scar, if you press a little tobacco into a small one of thes sores and rotate your finger while appling lots of pressure what ever it is will come out easier! If you can remove something from a small one than wherever you have these sores there is something in them. I think that I got infected from being in close proximity to a crack addict, I never have sex with the girl but I later notice these types of sores on her neck. A word of caution, the material that you may remove is very virulent and if contacts other parts of the skin will infiltrat and start a new sore!  There is worse to this if anybody wants to hear more.
