Dry skin on vagina

I was diagnosed with HPV earlier this year but about a month ago i got something that looks like a pimple on the side of my vagina is been there for a while, and i've try to pop it but it hurts too much. the thing is that about a week ago i notice that the skin in my vagina is very dry, the skin actually peels off and i am not sure if i am havring a break out or if is something else, im a little bit scared but it seems to get worst each day, can anybody help me?

Thank you I already made an appointment with my doctor, althoug she wont see me until early next year, she just told me to keep it clean and if it gets worst to give her a call, at first i thought it was fungus cause it kinda looks like that but ill wait and see.

Hi.
Unfortunately most of these warts are not completely cured, they may resolve for a time but tend to recur.
You could try topical salicylic acid, it usually takes several weeks before complete clearance. Other agents are podophyllin and retinoids.
Its best you consult a doctor regarding treatment options. It would also be a good idea to ascertain your risks for other sexually transmissible diseases which may need treatment.
