Eczema, rash, allergic reaction??

Almost two weeks ago, I noticed I had these dark spots on my stomach. They are not big but there are several or so. Initially they were kind of red around the area, reminding me of small grease burbs you get while you're cooking & the grease pops you, & they were slightly peeling. Several days later I noticed smaller reddish bumps starting to appear & my skin was starting to look splotchy. I went to my dr last week & she wasn't too certain what it was but gave me a steroid cream to try. This "rash" on my stomach looks somewhat better, it's not red anymore & the original dark spots have stopped peeling but now they just look like scars but a few of the smaller bumps are still there. None of this by the way itches or burbs or any pus, no discomfort at all other than to look at buy tonight o noticed I'm starting to get these bumps on my inner arms, thighs & my neck. What could this possibly be?? I would life to get some kind of idea because it's stressing me out not knowing & I think of worst car scenarios...skin cancer, hiv/aids or any std really. I try to google my symptoms but I don't really have any other than these dark spots & small bumps that are spreading. Thanks for taking the time. P.s this photo is the night I noticed the spots appearing.
