Emu oil for Hypopigmentation scars

I was curious if anyone has used Emu Oil for Hypopigmentation scars and what results you have had? I would be using this in the genital area and have read that this oil can actually help bring back pigment in areas which have lost it.

No one has used Emu Oil for hypopigmentation? How about thickening of the skin? Does it actually work for either of these two conditions?
