What are these red dots and how do I get rid of them?

I went out in the woods to go shed hunting and when I came back in I has red dots on my hands. I put lotion on them after washing my hands. The next morning they seemed to be spreading. Some of the bigger dots have pus coming out of them. Now dots are appearing on one side of my face. It's been about 24 hours since I was in the woods. I also have been putting lotion on my upper arm because of a rash I got from swimming. I also have been putting lotion on my face because of dry skin. I feel no pain.

Did you have any possible contact with poison ivy or poison oak while you were out there?  Sounds like it's a reaction to something you ran into while out there.  Are they itchy?  It's probably worth having a doctor take a quick look, especially if they are spreading.

They don't itch and it's winter here.
Not likely a plant contact then- if it continues to get worse, just have a doc take a look at it.
Thank you.
