Exposure to dust particles

How I got here almost a week ago is quite a long story. I am willing to explain it more thoroughly if someone will see me. But right now I just need help!!!

I was cleaning up a dusty hallway in an enclosed, non-ventilated area. Spent about 3 days out there. This started on Friday and began having problems on Monday of this week. Now, throughout the last 4 days I have had small pieces of fiber or glass working its way out of my body. First it was my hands. Then my fingers, my forearms, neck. Now it is working its way out of my lips and is also inside my mouth. I can taste it and  feel when a piece slips out from my gums. I noticed it was coming out of my feet and my private areas as well. It has consumed my entire body. I have been having minor pains in my chest, I suppose it could be anxiety but I do not think so. Haven’t had a bowel movement all week. My urine is very yellow and you can obviously see small particles floating in it.

I have never experienced anything like this. And at this point I feel as if I am losing my mind. I went to the ER at St Lukes northland on Wednesday and the lady thought I was crazy. Thing is, they are tiny little slivers. You really have to have excellent lighting. My entire face is covered and at times have felt it coming from the corner of my eyes.

I am scared to death. Everyday seems to get worse. And I honestly just need to see a doctor as soon as possible, but someone that is aware of this sorta stuff. Whatever this stuff might be.

I have literally gone to 2 doctors and 1 ER. I have yet to have anyone put me under any sort of light. Run a chest x-ray to see what/if I have inhaled anything. Check my urine. Or question why now.. all of a sudden, my blood pressure is high for the first time in my life.

Please help!! There is something not right going on in my body. And I have a bad feeling that if I don’t have someone really look at me very soon, something very bad is going to happen to me

NOTE: I do have an appointment with a dermatologist in a week.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The symptoms can be due to allergic reaction to the dust mites. Diagnosis of allergy can be done by skin ***** tests and patch tests. In this a little amount of allergen is injected into the skin of the forearm by a doctor. The skin is closely watched for signs of a reaction, which include swelling and redness. Confirmatory diagnosis is by blood tests (RAST). So you can get these tests done.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
