Extreme redness in face, even when just leaning over?

I am 19 years old, I have been on Accutane twice. The first time for 7 months (80mg a day) and the second time for 11 months (80mg) a day. Ever since I've taken Accutane I noticed my face is extremely irritable. It gets red, REALLY red, like a tomato for absolutely no reason. I will lean over and my face will be blushed and hot by the time i get up straight. When i go to the gym or even lift something mildly heavy, I get red. It's to the point where its extremely annoying and irritation and I'm over it. I am really hoping for some answers. I drink plenty of water a day (at least 100oz), I tried cold showers, I tried cold compresses, I've tried lotion (prescribed) and nothing even works. I notice it almost 99% of the time in my cheeks and under my eyes (above the cheeks a little). This isn't something that I am just "overthinking", clearly.
