Eyelash & Eyebrow Pulling

I am 23 years old. For about 6 months now, I have been pulling at my eyebrows and eyelashes. My eyebrows I have actually pulled at for about a year, but my eyelashes for about 6 months. It's getting to the point where I don't even realize I'm doing it. Today, I pulled out a chunk of my eyelashes and started to freak out and cry. I never realized that it could be an actual disorder! Is there anything I can do? Can you also recommend a mascara that won't make eyelash falling out worse? Please help!
Thankyou!

Hi, this is an actual condition you need to see a professional for. There is medication for this. I had a foster sister with this dissorder. She eventually was diagnosed and treated. It was years ago and I can't remember the name of the dissorder, but it is something you should quickly seek out help for. BTW- a regular MD will not know about this, you'll need to seek mental health professional.
