Red mark on sides of nose

Hello,
I have red marks on both sides of my nose and I've had them for as long as I can remember but this just seem to get worst as years pass by. You can see a picture (a little blurry unfortunately) here:

This really doesn't seems to be acne and with all the searches I've done so far, I can't tell what it is. Of course, I'd like to know what it is and how to get ride of it. All help would be very appreciated.

Thank you.

I believe its a mild form of seborrhea (oily and inflamed sebum glands). Don't panic. its harmless , moisturizing wont really help i dont think. A dandruff shampoo could help a bit, like pyrthione zinc . Stay away from ketonazole shampoo, that **** dries out your whole body. Pyrthione or selenium shampoo.
Thats about all you can do, and get some sunshine on it. hey , at least you dont have full blown rosacea. that is tough to deal with, constant burning and flushing

I have had two very small red marks on the top of my nose. It doesn't feel like there is anything underneath though, so I'm pretty sure its not a pimple. I think I have had it for about 2 years now and it continues to remain the same. I'm 17 years old, have no acne whatsoever, normal weight, etc. Any help would be great. Thank you.
