Hi,
Have you consulted a skin specialist or doctor for your complaints?
Are you on any medications?
Do you take a healthy balanced diet? It would help to take vitamin and mineral supplements to replace any deficiencies - which could cause these symptoms. Keep the areas well moisturised.
Let us know if you need any other information and post us on how you are doing.
Regards.
No, I don't play a guitar or anything like that. They really aren't lesions...honestly you probably woudn't be able to tell they are different, but they feel different. They are rougher and not as smooth as they use to be. I don't think they are really calluses, I just don't know how else to describe the red, rough, sensitive sometimes warm ends of my fingers.
Hi,
This could be an allergic reaction to some unknown substance or dermatitis or eczema or insect bites.
You need to wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites.
Apply calamine lotion at the site of the lesions and see if it helps. You could take some oral antihistamine medications like cetrizine or loratadine.
It would be advisable to consult a skin specialist for your symptoms and a proper clinical examination.

Sounds like you might be getting calluses. Do you play guitar or work with your hands?
