Hello,
For these symptoms, flat warts, hyperpigmented spots or senile purpura ( in elderly) should be ruled out. Warts are tumours or growths of the skin caused by infection with Human Papillomavirus (HPV).They are contagious when in contact with the skin of an infected person.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
if its HPV will these bumps be okay. and how are they contagious? how could it be spreaded.
So if another person has HPV and I touch the bump and touch there there hand etc. they will get in on there hands too.
Does that mean my kids have it as well?

However it is advisable to get it evaluated from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
