penile irritation

I have posted with a question regarding herpes a few weeks ago.  I now as for your advice again.  It has been 43 days now since my last sexual encounter, still wanting to get blood work done to check for any STD/SDI's but, this past week I have had groin irritations that involve a sort of burning/tingling in the perimeter around my scrotum and sometimes at the base of my penis shaft.  The head of my penis has been quite sensitive and my penis veins seem to petrude to the skins surface more than they normally do.  Sometimes i will feel like a quick pinch feeling on the left side of my penis shaft about 1" from the base so sores, pimples, or rashes.  It has also been about 50 days since i last shaved this region.  If you need past posting to refer to other symptoms I have noticed this link will take you there http://www.medhelp.org/posts/show/292404 also my scrotum feels as if it is sticky and the pubic hair area above my penis is a little itchy.  With the penis feelings they seem to occur as i am seated or standing in a position for some time.  Sometimes there is itching on my inner thigh as well but maybe 1 time a day for 3 days for a few minutes.  when i apply athlete foot powder the symptoms disappear.  I have had one mark on my penis head left side of urethra that looks like a blackhead.  If there is any advise you could give me it may put my mind at ease.  In my first posting I talked about white line on tip of tongue but I had two more after that same week none since.

These are anxiety symptoms, not herpes symptoms.  By al means get blood tests if you need more reassurance--now is as good a time as any, since it's 6 weeks since your encounter--but once you get that reassurance, what you really need to do is to stop thinking about and looking hard at your penis and scrotum.  Unless you can start ignoring those areas, you'll keep noticing things and feeling things that will perpetuate your concern, and that's not what you need, in my opinion.

sorry for the addition of further occurances but, this morning i was awaken durning a erotic dream with to my knowlege was a wet dream and age 26.  The dischage looked like semen same color about the same consitance and with an erection.  Does this sound like what i think it was a wet dream or could it be more.  also small red area about 1/4" by 1/2" on bottom side of penis in skin folds sort of itchy but not consistantly hasn't changed for 3 weeks and if so very little.
