Try Duricef. Its the only thing that has worked for me. I also washed my arms 2x a day with hibiclens.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion.I have already gone through its treatment. The problem is that everytime its different bacteria in the culture. At first, I was recommended the topical antiseptics but it didn't help. Later, I was prescribed for an oral antibiotic "Doxycycline", cause it also helps in reducing inflammation.
After taking antibiotic, it remains dormant for some days but later it comes back again. It starts by causing bumps on my scalp and then takes a form of pus filled pockets and spreads on face. But on face it is localised only in the area of moustache and chin. It becomes very painful.
Now, I am losing hope.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Folliculitis starts when hair follicles are damaged by friction from clothing or blockage of the follicle. In most cases of folliculitis, the damaged follicles are then infected with the bacteria Staphylococcus (staph).

Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case. Get a culture of the discharge from the follicules and then specific antibiotics prescribed.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
