Fordyce Spots or Warts? Worried, please help me

Hi, I am a 21 y/o female with these spots on the upper part of my vagina. They look white when the skin is stretched and they seem to have increased in amounts because I haven't noticed them before. They arent very noticeable unless I feel down there or stretch the skin. There are about 15 small things and they seem to have a pore or something. I have been sexually active but with protection always. Could this be HPV or is it just spots?

I have the photos in my album if you can see it, thank you.

I hope someone can respond!

Hi again,

I was wondering if any doctor can just take a look at the pictures I posted please?? I went to two doctors and they said it was sebaceous glands but I'm still afraid. I would like some input! Thank you so much

Hi Doctor,

Thanks for the reply. I just recently went to a NP and she said it was normal sebaceous glands (Fordyce Spots). Nothing has grown or changed, it only shows when the skin is stretched and is not wart-like. I also had a Pap and it was normal. I will repost my picture for you to see just to get a second opinion, and please let me know what you think as well.

Thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I can confirm the exact cause only after clinically examining you. I can share with you the possible causes of these small white bumps. The commonest possibility is Molluscum contagiosum. This is a viral infection causing skin colored multiple bumps on the body. They can spread through casual contact or sexual contact. Another possibility is of genital warts .These are growths on skin that look like tiny bumps. They may be raised or flat, small or large. Warts can appear pink or flesh-colored, red or brown. Few bumps grow together and look like a cauliflower. A clinical evaluation is necessary. An abnormal Pap test is often the first sign of a HPV infection. See a doctor and write to us again.
Best of luck and regards!
