Fordyce spots

16 year old male with genital Fordyce spots. Appeared when i was 14, is it normal for them to appear that early?Is there anything i can take like antibiotics or something to make them less visible? Do they disappear after time ? If i put toothpaste on them will something happen ?

Toothpaste??  To ease your mind,  get a proper diagnosis and treatment the dermatologist is the best way to go.   Don't be shy.  They've seen it all.
