Redness on glans of penis.

My Name is XXX from Punjab.
I did a intercourse with a girl in 2013,after few days a redness came on tip of penis,after consulting with Doctor,it was candida.He gave me a anti fungal cream and said to apply it on penis but i apply many time then he told me.After many researches,i found solution of candida and it removed but not fully i think.
.Today,head of my penis is still remain dry and little red.In a day some time it is more red spot and some time it is less red.But dryness is more and i can feel little pain when i pulling foreskin of penis.Even though i cannot enjoy any sexual activity.I used coconut oil for smoothness but doesnot wok.Waiting for your valuable response
