Genital warts or something else

I have had for quite some time a group of small flesh colored bumps at the base of my penis on the topside at my pubic hair line. I trim my pubic hair but not shaved. Even if I grow the hair out these go unchanged. I've noticed a couple more small ones occuring to within the pubic hair area as well, but nothing on the penis itself. Is this genital warts or something else? They don't itch or hurt, but are more a self conscious thing.

If they are raised then these can be due to warts or benign growths like seborrheic keratosis. Warts are tumours or growths of the skin caused by infection with Human Papillomavirus (HPV).They are contagious when in contact with the skin of an infected person.

Exactly what it is can be confirmed only after examination and biopsy. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
