Groin redness

This summer as I sweat and have had some incontinece problems, I've develped a skin irritation in the groin.  It doesn't look like jock itch rather it's red with a cut like line that burns, and itches to a lesser degree.  I've tried to keep the area clean and dry and have been using the powder, Zeasorb-AF which has helped some but then it flares up again. Can someone shed some light on this?
