At this point, you may need to cease straightening or applying hair dyes on your hair. This appears to have been contributory to your case. Hair volume should revert back to normalNormal saline flush given ample time that you cease all these hair styling. The scalp redness may be an irritation caused by the hair dye or from the heat and chemical used during the hair straightening. I suggest that you use only a mild hypoallergenic shampoo over the affected areas. Refrain from shampooing vigorously.
