Help Abrasion on penis head

I have been masturbating alot more than usual over the last few months, and found that the skin will crack and a small lesion appears but it heals up after a few days but recently , when i had the abrasions, i used a moisturizing cream to soothe the pain and after i found the abrasions that form a thin line turn black like a old scar, and was wondering if there is any cream or procedure to help remove it, i have stopped having sex due to it and it has caused me great embarrassment and to my self esteem as a guy. it now looks like there is a few black thin lines running on my penis head.
