Help with lips!?

For about one year, I've had a very small while spot of tiny white clusters on my upper lip. When I smile and lips are stretched, There are vertical white lines running down my upper lip. Also, I have small white bumps in the corners of my mouth.

Has anyone experienced anything similar, or know of anything that might help this skin condition. I have an appointment to see a dermatologist in late July, but I'd like to research this for possibilities before the appointment.

Without examination,confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but it can be small hair follicles or Fordyce spots.

Fordyce spots are small yellowish-white granules on the inner surface and border of the lips.
Treatment of Fordyce spots includes CO2 laser or electro desiccation, TCA chemical peels(temporary treatment),diathermy or laser vaporization.Pls discuss these treatment options with your dermatologist.
