It has been exactly 30 days since I have had unprotected sex.  I was with a girl she was 20 i am 26 and two days after we had sex i noticed that she had a cold sore located in the center of her upper lip that I did not see the night we were together. This leads me to my question no oral sex was performed and she claims no sti's or std's.  I have had no symptoms of having herpes but, today I woke up with a white line on the tip of my tongue and a numb feeling as well as sensitivity at the head of my penis, then at noon while urinating I came across a pimple about 1" done from the head of my penis smaller than a pin head right on top of a vein on the top left side of the shaft.  I already know the i have herpes type-1 due to severe sunburn on my nose when i was 4 yrs old.  Also i have had a itchy pubic region which i have shaved but that has been about 1 1/2 months to 2 months now.   I have seen a doctor when I had a physical examination of my penis where she found no symptoms and a urine screen which came back negative of Chlamydia and Gonorrhea in your professional opinion what answers can you give me?  Also sometimes i feel a pinch to my scrotum at night.

Just looking at the pics of molluscum on the Medhelp site, have a look at the ones on the persons face and see if those are similar to yours.

I am getting the same symptoms on my forehead as well and am sure they are related in some way...starting to think it has to be some yeast or fungus because no std causes these symptoms from what I have read.  I might consult my doc about going on a Difulucan regiment and try to get rid of this thing.

Since I posted some pictures links on here I don't know if you got a chance to look at them the bumps have subsided to almost normal again, but I inderstand you thoughts on anxiety since when these came on so did the symptoms I mentioned to you when I fist submitted my question, It's all in the head because when the bumps went down so did my itching on the scrotum.

been checked with swabs for yeast like 4 times...all negative ...am at a loss for the itching and burning and peeling skin all over and below the belt....my forehead and face and chest and legs are disgusting with al these fleshcolored pimples that look like a heatrash but won't go away--sometimes I scratch them and this hard white lump/reside is inside...WTF is this....I am hideous...

I know you said it was anxiety but,  i have two pimple like bumps on the top side of my penis at the folds of the skin 1" from head, pin head side from what i see they are white at a mark that has been visible for a few weeks now the mark was red last time i looked at it but now the pimple like marks.  All other symptoms I have mentioned in past have disappeared accept pinching feeling and noticed little white bugs, crawling in my room very tiny smaller than a pin head tear drop shaped.

It sounds like yeast infection... after all the research I've done, I've found out that yeast can infect the skin if it gets really bad... it does cause small white bumps in the mouth, lips, vagina, and skin, and sometimes fingers and elbows... but can occur anywhere if left untreated. You've been tested for everything, and if you look at pictures of STDs, and they don't match then it's most likely a bad yeast infection which can be extremely hard to get rid of. It's caused by a high cholesterol diet (macdonalds is a big culprit but any fast food or fatty and dairy foods) most commonly, but also can be caused by immune disorders/compromised (HIV, Cancer) but since you've ruled those out by getting tested the only thing left is to go get yourself a culture done and an anti-fungal prescription... I'd say oral tablets and cream. Diflucan is good, Nystatin (sometimes yeast is resistant to this, so ask for other options), is most commonly prescribed.

Remember though, that yeast infections can be VERY difficult... and may require you to change your diet to low sugar, low cholesterol, drink lots of water and exercise and stay clean! Shower every day! Also there are plenty of herbal treatments out there, www.thefinchleyclinic.com is a great source although they are in the UK you can still order from anywhere.

did you ever find out what this was....I have been having the same thing on and off for 3 years ..started after oralsx as burning inside the vag, sore throat and  and itchy pubic hair..ocassially i get a flaky circle of skin around a hair or white pimple in the pubic hair and or see nothing at all where it itches or feels like "pulling" hair....was told it was a yeast infection and folliculitis but I don't shave the area this usually would clear up in a week or so and i didn't worry about it??
., but this year seems it didn't clear up in a week like usualy...but seemed to be continuous and more painful for over 8 months now,
starts as buring in vag and palms of hands and feet, itching down there, discharge alot, red painful welts on my bum and connected area near anus and opeing of vag...(health clinic said it's not typical HSV but soemthign is going on causing me pain)
seems to have spread, eyes are very irritated and lots of discharge but this comes when the pain is most severe,
back of thights and inner thighs and ankles and heels hurt like hell deep inside to sit, stand or walk..but I cannot see anything but brown "age" spots started cropping up and very tender to even my clothes toughing my skin in these areas, even on my gums,
face (tiny clear bubles that start by feeling "tickly" and/or white pustules they say are pimples as well as hard skin colored rash on forehead and cheeks not going away with any ointments),
and aphtous? blisters in my mouth at gums and tongue etc.
I've been tested for everything bacterial (gonahrea, clymidya, syphillis) and viral (hep, hiv) like 5 times by 5 different doctors/oral surgeon and specialists....gyno, family GP, dermolotolist, etc...it seems to be spreading but they are telling me it is in my head.  I know something is wrong, every bump i get viral swab is negative and altough the herpes imunoblot (most accurate) and the best thing to western blot came back negative for both hsv1 an 2. i am at a loss as my family members seem to be getting the brown spots and large red swollen patches like "hives" taht are itchy but seem to go away the next day...but recurring almost daily???? all coincidently since i moved home...any help woould be appreciated..

i have a dry patch on my right testicle. it seems like a ringworm. i applied an ointment on it. it's been there for two days. what could this be?

From your description, I don't see why you have anything to worry about.  You didn;t have oral sex, and the sore on her lip may not have been herpes anyway.  Also, your penis symptoms and tongue numbness sound like anxiety symptoms, not herpes.  So I suggest you relax, and avoid unprotected sex in the future to avoid more anxiety.
