Herpes/genital warts?

A long time ago I noticed what looked like a very small cluster of skin directly under my circumcision scar. It looked as if it was a part of the scar. I have been looking at them for a few weeks now and Im not exactly sure if this has been there longer or not since it is so unnoticeable. One day I stretched the skin in that area to get a closer look and I realized that it was not scared skin and that there were tiny little bumps in that area. They are so small that you can only see them when the skin is stretched out. They seem to be white in color and a bit shiny. There is no pain at all, although they are a sensitive to touch. I have only had one sexual encounter in my life which was a year ago (oral). I tend to panic about these types of things. I am going to get tested although I highly doubt it is herpes due to the fact that I am generally very careful and have only had the one encounter. I have already scheduled the soonest appointment for a checkup but it is still a week from now. I am really hoping that you may know what this could be or at least let me know if you think that it is herpes based on the symptoms that I described. I apologize for writing so much but I wanted to give you all of the information and  symtoms.

I just wanted to let you know that I saw my urologist and he said these are nothing to worry about and that it is normal in the circumcision area. Also he said they are sensitive because there are a lot of nerves in that area which is what’s causing the sensitivity. Anyway I think we are both just paranoid.

Thanks everyone for the posts and thank you KINDD for the information, you were on point.

Hello,
Usually Fordyce spots are symptomless, but itching or irritation may occur sometimes. The treatment of Fordyce spots include CO2 laser or electro desiccation, TCA chemical peels(temporary treatment),diathermy or laser vaporization.

I sincerely advise you to consult a dermatologist and discuss these possibilities with him.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.

Thank you very much for the reply. The only other question I have is the fact that the little bumps are sensitive to touch. Is that typical of ectopic sebaceous gland? Also do Fordyce spots vary in size and appearance? I ask this because I have Fordyce’s spots also on my lower shaft area and they are much larger and different looking then the ones under my circumcision scar.

Thanks again

How do you remove them cosmetically? What kind of treatment can we do?

Hello,
The tiny bumps that you are having can be hair follicles, Fordyce spots or pearly penile papules. They don’t sound like herpes. Herpes presents with red itchy blisters which scab over.

They are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.

I don’t think that you should worry about any three of them. They are all natural occurrence on the body.
Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.

This is exactly what i have... And I REALLY don't think it is herpes. (had mine for over 6 months, herpes lasts 2 weeks max..) PLEASE tell me the outcome of your doctor visit, I'm dying over here.. I had sex once, with a virgin. Doubt it's an std....

but im 100% we have the same thing here. I have the same exact thing. I'm leaning towards a bacterial infection of some sort. Mine has gotten bigger since 6 months ago.
