Herpes or something else??

I had noticed bumbs and a stinging sensation of the tip of my penis after having unprotected sex with my then girlfriend of 7 months. This is the first I have seen this except for 1 bump I have had for 4 weeks. I have not been with anyone else and she hasn't either and says she was tested prior and was ok.

My symptoms are

--stinging/buring on the tip of penis
--very small bumps mostly at the base of penis(noticed after sex)
--bumps are mostly scattered and not in clusters
--bumps are so small to tell but does appear to have a clear head
--bumps don't hurt or have poped or blistered
--bumps have been there 8 days so far with not much change
--one bump which is the same as new ones has been there for a month

I do plan on getting tested but in the meantime I just wanted to get your opnion. The things that make me think it might be Herpes are the clear heads and the stinging penis head. The things that make me think it is not Herpes is the fact the one bump has been there for a month, the bumps aren't in clusters, the bumps haven't brusted and the bumps don't hurt.

What do you think? Thnaks.

Doctor, please help me.

I am 18 and still a virgin, no drugs, no alcohol. I have just gone to the bathroom and I felt a stinging sensation at the tip of my penis. I have felt this before, but it usually went away quickly. This time, it did not. It kept going away, coming back, going away, coming back, repeatedly. It finally subsided a little, but it's still there a tiny bit. I am very scared, because I'm really paranoid. Please tell me what this could be. Thank you.

hello doc, I am a 17 and 8 month old male,  i started to feel a sting when i took a bathe, it hurt most when i used soap. After taking my shower i looked at my scrotum and i say blisters on the right side of my scrotum, some on the left and some in the middle. I went to my GP and he said it was just inflammation. The blisters looked like fleshy sores, they hurt mostly when i bathe with soap, and when walkin it hurts but not as much. I finished with my x girlfriend about a year ago, and i read on the internet that herpes symptoms may start 2 show at least a year or more. I am currently with my new girlfriend for about5 months, we had unprotected sex in march, but she was a virgin so i didnt think i could have contracted anything from her.The sores, after i dried them from bathing, would be very slightly raised and start to look greyish looking.Doctor said that the sores came because of the irritation and itch.Right now as of present, my scrotum is slightly red and on my thighs just on the sides of the scrotum is red also, the sores don't show as much as 3 weeks ago, where they were it looks slightly raised and greyish in color. The doctor gave me Gentalene C(i think so it spells) anti-biotic and some antibiotic pills for the inflammation, the pain is not as much as before, i hardly feel any pain now. Herpes symptoms come and go,  and i am worried that it could be herpes that may have had an outbreak after a year. Is it herpes or just bad inflammation or some other infection that I expirienced. I thought it could either be herpes, yeast infection of some sort, or maybe what the doc said, a bad inflammation that just has these symptoms. Thank you for you time and response Dr. A. Rockoff
PS i am a black male uncircumsized. and also, my scrotum seems to be showing veins latetly, is that normal also??

The tip of my penis still burns slightly after 9 days but doesn't hurt when I urinate. Any idea about this? Also the bumps are quite numerous(maybe 9-10) but they are very small. They have been there 9 days now with little or no change. Can cysts develop after sex? How do I make them go away?

Thanks

I think they sound nothing like herpes.  Before you get tested, you should be examined.  I bet you'll find out these are small cysts of no consequence that can and should be ignored.

Best.
