How do I get rid of red, itchy, dry, skin under my nose?

For the past few weeks I've been dealing with red, and dry skin under my nose. The skin is itchy and flaky with some bumps, and appears right under my nose and around the nostrils. I've tried cleaning my face with multiple cleansers and moisturizers but nothing seems to work. Sometimes the redness will disappear after I sleep but the skin will still be dry and flaky, the redness reappears later after I get ready.
I've tried over the counter acne solutions, oil free moisturizers, croitzone cream, and facial lotions.
Please help

It is probably a spot of yeast.  You can treat it with Lotrimin cream.
