Hi,
Differentials for this will be dermatitis, an allergic reaction and a fungal infection. These are the more common differentials. At this point, it is important to note any triggers which could have caused the condition. I suggest that you have this assessed by a dermatologist .Itchiness is present in both fungal infections and dermatitis. If an allergic reaction is a differential here, then you shall need prompt consult since you may need oral medications.
Is there any history of allergies?
Any history of allergy, asthma and allergic rhinitis in the family?
