Hydrocortisone Cream

I used this on my penis head for 1 week and its been 1 week since I finished it, is it ok if I use it again? I read that is has certain side effects?

Hydrocortisone is a steroid cream  and if you have been using steroid cream for such a long time, then please do not use it as it can cause side effects like thinning of skin and increased fragility.
