I Just Don't Understand What It All Means?????

I Have this Final Diagnosis:   Skin, Suprapubic, Biopsy:   Dysplastic compound nevus with mild atypia and congenital features. see note...  Note:   Small dysplastic nevi (less than 7mm in size) with mild atypia generally do not require complete removal, because the risk for transformation to melanoma is considered to be very low.  If this lesion approached 1cm in size, a conservative re-excision is recommended to insure complete removal.  Follow-up observation of this site is recommended as part of a routine skin examination.

THEN IT SAYS THIS

Microscopic:     Sections show skin with a compound melanocytic proliferation.  Junctional melanocytes demonstrate mild architectural atypia characterized by slightly irregular lentiginous growth, bridging of nests across rete ridges, dermal fibrosis, and lateral extension of junctional melanocytes beyond central dermal melanocytes.  Dermal melanocytes show maturation with descent and tight association with adnexal structures.  Individual melanocytes show mild cytologic atypia.  The nevus is within 1mm of the deep biopsy edge and it involves a peripheral biopsy edge.

Now I Know That Is A Lot Of Stuff ......... I Really Don't Get What It All Means And Trying To Google It All Was Horrible For My Emotions..... Help Me If You Can.................. THANK YOU SO MUCH.... SUNNI
