I am a long time sufferer of a patch of scaly skin

I have a patch of skin on my thigh, about 3 x 3inches that has been in the same location, itching and scaling for over ten years. I tried everything on it. I now think it is psoriasis. I am going to try UVB on it and see what that does. I have itchy scalp and one year when I shaved my head, the itching and flakes went away. I also have bumpy nails and have had bouts with uveitus. In my research I have uncovered an association with acrylamide and psoriasis and citric acids. Has anyone else found this to be true? I'd love to hear about it. Thanks email ***@****
