I got a strange rash overnight and i dont know what it is

I woke up 4 days ago insanely itchy everywhere my palms knee caps feet EVERYWHERE except my back and shoulders it’s red slightly raised hot to the touch smooth and extremely itchy at first so then I put calamine lotion it’s reduced the itch but it’s still very irritating.under my armpits,the top of my butt,where my thighs connect the rash has became bumpy and on my left armpit it hurts to itch and dry puss comes out over a few hours and my the shaft of my penis is a different texture it feels like sand paper and doesn’t itch at all someone please help I’m freaked out//
