Hello,
This blue bump can be a small blood blister. Blood blisters are caused by a rupture of the blood vessels underneath the skin’s surface. Wash them frequently in order to keep them clear of irritants. Applying zinc cream to the area can also help dry up the blister and speed the healing process. If they break then apply an antibiotic cream.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms.  Based on your description it is quite possible that you are having Bartholin's cyst .This cyst is formed due to blockage of Bartholin’s gland leading to formation of a fluid-filled cyst. A Bartholin's cyst is not an infection, although it can be caused by an infection, inflammation, or physical blockage to the Bartholin's ducts .If the cyst gets infected it can result in development of a Bartholin's abscess. This is only a possibility. The other few possibilities that may need to be considered include folliculitis, cysts, ingrown hair, abscess etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a gynecologist  for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this helps.

Take care!
