I have a little red bump on the head of my penis

Hi, I noticed a little red bump on the head of my penis the other day and I want to know if i should go get it cheked out or wait to see if it clears, i'm not sexually active by the way.. thanks

This could be folliculitis, acne, pimples, fordyce spots or genital warts.
