I have a non itchy rash on my mainly on my upper lips and right under my nose going to my lips

well i mowed the grass friday and i am not sure it is what caused it but it was sunny and hot. The next day i noticed that i could feel anything on my upper lip like it was numb. So i decided to look in th mirror and i have really little bumps that dont itch but burn on the part of my upper lip that doesnt touch my lower lip i guess the part that is more exposed and the area from my nose to my lip has the rash too. I have had this rash before but have never got it checked out. Last night i put blistex on it and this morning i woke up and my lip and the area between my nose and lip was swollen and still have the rash. The rash goes from looking like it is fluid filled, but still realy small bumps sorta similar to poision ivy rash( i know it isnt that bc i am highly allergic to that), to by the next day they have opened/popped and get all dry but only on my lips i can still see bumps on my skin under my nose to the top of my lip. I was just wondering if anyone knows what this might be
