I have a rash on my penis head

I have an rash on my penis head I have very sensitive skin I also have echzema it hapeen every so often i put so ointment on it because I thought it was from having sex and wife wasn't wet yet but it has persisted and still here it's about a month it went awat then came back it's red and around the head and it itching likes hell, sometime the itching will stop and it will be very dry and flacky consisting eith my echzema whats going on should i try antifungal cream or should I go to the doctor please advise.

Are there other symptoms present? Eczema most commonly affects other parts of the body, but it may also appear on the penis. This may be a skin reaction to an irritant or caused by infection or local reaction to skin injury from chemicals or radiation. It presents as diffuse red plaques with a poorly defined edge and finely scaled surface. I would recommend that you have this evaluated further by your doctor for proper management. The area has a very thin and sensitive skin, hence, it is not advisable to put anything on it.
