I have a recurring non-itchy, non-painful, perfectly round skin colored bump

There is a single 1cm diameter perfectly round raised bump on my skin. It is flesh coloured, not painful,  and not itchy. It is most raised at night but flattens out firing the day making it seem like nothing was there. But the next night  the bump returns on the exact same spot.
