I have a small patch of red skin on my balls, no burning, no pain and rarely itchy

After having sex with a new gf a few days after a small patch of skin on my balls become red and a little itchy but no burning, pain, swelling, bumps, blisters etc. The redness went away overnight when i slept but after i was awake a little and started to move it got red again but nothing else. I've a lot of articles and posts on here but everything seems to talk about burning, bumps or pain which i don't have. Could they just be irritated? We were either fooling around / having sex for hours every day
